Refresh and rejuvenate as you enjoy soaking up the gorgeous valley views at Aqua Workouts, Cobaki, on a private 1 acre property, just 15 mins from Tweed Heads/Kirra!
Your day includes:
A fun Deep Water Running class with Liz, Aqua Workouts, in a magnesium heated pool. Water is great for your flexibility, mobility, circulation, pain relief & more! Full body workout, low impact on your joints & high cardio is great for all ages. Each person works to their own individual pace. Magnesium will feel like silk on your skin, relaxing your muscles & nervous system & more. Buoyancy belts & equipment all supplied. (eg. Dumbbells, noodles, tennis balls & frisbees!). Liz is an accredited Aqua Fitness Instructor and also studied at Kingscliff TAFE her Cert III in Fitness and Chair Fitness Instructor.
