Begin with one module, or continue through the full Level 1 program.
Learn Sound Bath Instruments Step by Step
If you’ve felt drawn to gongs, singing bowls, and other sound bath instruments, this training is a practical place to begin.
Level 1 is a beginner pathway in sound bath training in Brisbane, built to help you develop real familiarity with the instruments over time. The learning is hands-on, clear, and grounded, with room to absorb what you’re learning, practise between sessions, and return with fresh ears.
It is a strong beginning, with room for the learning to settle.
A Grounded and Practical Approach
This training brings together real instrument skill, careful listening, musical understanding, and thoughtful attention to the people in the room.
The aim is to develop touch, sensitivity, restraint, awareness, and trust in how you work. The training is practical, human, and clear in its approach, with an emphasis on real learning and careful use of the instruments.
What This Training Is
This is beginner sound bath training for people who want to learn with care, depth, and trust in the process.
Across the Level 1 pathway, you’ll be introduced to:
-
gongs
-
crystal singing bowls
-
Himalayan singing bowls
-
ancillary instruments and sound textures
-
session design and flow
This Level 1 training brings together gong training, singing bowl training, ancillary instruments, and session design in one clear beginner pathway.
Each module is hands-on and practical. The focus is on learning how to listen, how to play with more sensitivity, and how to understand what different instruments are doing in the room.
Who This Is For
This training may suit you if you are:
-
completely new and want a strong beginning
-
already playing a little and want more structure
-
interested in gong training in Brisbane
-
wanting to learn crystal and Himalayan bowls with more attentiveness
-
wanting a pathway that can grow over time
-
drawn to this work and ready to learn in a more thoughtful way
You do not need to be a professional musician. Curiosity, patience, and a willingness to listen closely are enough to begin.
Why This Pathway Is Structured Over Time
This training is intentionally spread across multiple weeks so you have time to go home, absorb what you’ve learnt, practise between sessions, return with questions, and let the experience settle into your hands and ears. Research on spaced learning suggests that revisiting material over time often supports stronger long-term retention than trying to take in everything in one concentrated block.
For this kind of work, that matters.

Level 3 moves into more advanced integration, session design, and mature practical application. This includes a deeper command of instruments and sound, a stronger ability to work with people, read a room, and shape a session with care, steadiness, and trust.
