This month I’ll be leaning a little further into the gongs, letting their depth and movement shape more of the journey, while still weaving in bowls, percussion, and other instruments throughout. If you’ve been curious about the gong in particular, this will be a beautiful chance to experience more of its power, texture, and presence within the full sound bath.
Sound Journeys for Deep Rest is a 90-minute session designed to help you switch off, even if you’re not someone who “meditates.”
You’ll lie down while I play bowls, gongs, percussion and layered sounds in a steady, immersive flow that helps your mind slow and your body release tension. It’s a sound environment. A space to breathe, unwind, and let your system settle without effort. No experience needed.
